Palazzo Lakeside Hotel, Kissimmee

The hotel was conveniently located, close to many attractions, but unexpected construction made the area noisy and not safe for a mother-daughter duo. The rooms, though old, were very clean with thin walls. The service was a mix of limited and kind assistance, especially from our front desk staff, Alex. The dining options were fair, offering some variety but lacking in quality. The location provided easy access to cost-saving options without being right in the crowds of Disney areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room, although it had a nice king bed and amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, was a bit noisy being located by the outside door and next to a room where guests stayed up late laughing. On top of that, the presence of roaches and old, musty-smelling towels was a downside. However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly despite some noise issues. The location was convenient with a variety of nearby dining options, but it seemed a bit out of the way from major attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with well-presented food in a nice ambiance but limited options and occasional availability issues. The hotel's facilities seemed adequate, but some improvements could be made.
